Our leadership team has extensive experience in the Labour Hire and Professional Recruitment Industry as well as accomplished professional backgrounds and networks within the retail, FMCG, wholesale, facilities management and construction industries. Both directors are heavily involved in the strategic and operational management of the company and draw on this experience to drive the business forward by ensuring ReadyForce Personnel is front of mind with our clients.

Dave has worked in the blue collar recruitment industry for the past 18 years and comes from a trades sales background working in the industrial and electrical sectors. Based out of our Rockingham office, he is responsible for the overall running of the business with a focus on sales, teamwork and safety.

Nathan Brennan

Director

Nathan has worked in the blue collar recruitment industry in the south west for the past 10 years and comes from a strong sales background working in the construction and FMCG sectors. Based out of our Bunbury office, he is responsible operationally for the overall running of the business with a focus on quality, strategic planning and financial performance.

Sasha Langdon

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sasha has been working in the recruitment industry for the past 8 years and comes from a construction and administration background. Based in the Rockingham office, she is responsible for the recruitment of industrial personnel across the Perth, Peel and Rockingham areas. Sasha mentors our recruitment consultants ensuring recruitment targets are met in line with company expectations.

Rebecca is a strong communicator, that easily builds rapport with job seekers and clients alike. This, coupled with her knowledge of the local southwest employment landscape, gives her an impressive skillset in the industry.

Caitlin Penny

Recruitment Consultant

​Caitlin joined our Rockingham office in June 2022 having relocated from New Zealand the year prior. She is currently studying a Cert III in Business Administration to assist in her workplace development and has a strong background in the recruitment of trades and construction personnel for both local and remote roles. Caitlin’s ability to multi-task and work across various industries is a valuable asset.

Tenille became part of the ReadyForce team in March, 2020 and is now responsible for keeping everyone organised. With a passion for administration and natural aptitude for numbers and systems, Tenille recently completed a Cert. IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and spends countless hours working behind the scenes ensuring company compliance is kept up to date.

Asha Godse

Asha joined the ReadyForce Rockingham office in 2022 after spending 3 years within the employment services industry. Asha comes from a fast paced construction and administration background, which enables her to quickly identify, screen and place skilled labour across multiple sites with sometimes complex mobilisation requirements. Asha is highly organised and very team orientated.
