THE ROLE:

• Managing rolling stock requirements engineering and assurance processes.
• Overseeing the design, testing, and commissioning of rolling stock.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Coordinating document reviews, transmittal processes, and approvals.
• Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supporting the inspection, testing, and acceptance of rolling stock before deployment.
• Preparing and maintaining project status reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong experience in rolling stock engineering (design, testing, commissioning).
• In-depth knowledge of railway safety standards, reliability, and performance assessment.
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes, technical specifications, and compliance assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
