THE ROLE:

Earthworks Supervisor

2/1 Roster, Day shift only | Project nearing completion | Accommodation and Meals provided | DIDO Collie |

•    Previous Supervisory experience in a similar role.
•    Manage employee and contractor performance
•    Maintaining clear lines of communication between operators and project management
•    Fostering a safe and cohesive team environment
•    Focused on ensuring safety polices and processes are adhered to at all times.
•    Sound work ethic

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Must have valid Australian HR class drivers licence
•    Section 44 (desirable)
•    White Card
•    Proven operating skills
•    Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
•    Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
•    National Police Clearance Required 
•    Proof of right to work in Australia
